Refund policy

At R&J Luxury Scent, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Be in the same condition as received.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Address

If your return is approved, we'll provide the return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not ship any items until your return request has been approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at rjluxuryscent@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Products with broken or removed seals
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom products (if applicable)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different fragrance, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the transaction.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as R&J Luxury Scent is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
